95 P38a, high mileage

I bought this Rover from a customer who decided they didn't want to fix anything else after 196k miles.
It needed an BeCM after an attempt to jump start it with the cables on in reverse order failed.
I fitted a used BeCM, it runs a drives well, although there is an off/on throttle noise from a diff (I have spares).
It needs a headliner, a radio, diagnosis on the climate control, the heater core has been by-passed (o-rings or a core?), all of the center caps are missing from its 16" wheels as is the stainless cover from every lug nut!
The body, white, is perfectly straight but needs a good polishing and the previous wax removed from the plastic trim. The interior is surprising, showing little wear considering the mileage, but the rear cargo cover is missing.

I paid $1500 for the Rover and the BeCM was used (New more than $1k). Make an offer before I fix it and have to explain to Andrea why we have 3 Rovers!
