Default 1951 Land Rover 80" stalled project for sale

This project is stalled and I should move it along to someone else . . .

It still needs a ton of work. Includes plenty of spare parts, manual, brand new Exmoor seats still in the box, etc.

The SI body is so good looking. Wish I had actual talent for welding and fabrication to finish something like this.

Yes, the image of a lights-through-the-grille 80" is iconic.

But space, time and the absence of youthful enthusiasm (that had me rebuilding the engine of my old 1952 80" hardtop inside the back of it in the winter 30 years ago) are all realities.

Galen, I would say you did it the right way when you bought that solid, running Series II truck.

    Default Sold

    Sold it.
Sad it's going but happy that the chassis and bulkhead will be used to repair a complete but crusty 80".
