Spent the last couple of weeks rebuilding the winch I bought at MAR last year. All that is left to do is wire it up. Bought the controller and mating plug from Pierce Wrecker for $30 and seems to be nice quality for a lot less than Warn wanted. The two rebuild kits cost something like $60 total.

I spooled the cable on wrong but since I did it by hand it won't be fixed till I have power.
