There is a nice local hot rod show on July 8th - a sunday. I love to go and see the really really amazing work these guys do on their vehicles. Everything I can't - nor want to do on my Short Bus. The mods, the paint, the body work just floors me.

I'm starting to think of a late 30's, a late 50's or a few selected 60's Chevy pickup or Panel truck with modern running gear, yet completely stock body is in my future. ( a stock 37 chevy PU is in my garage )

The show allows any antique vehicle to enter and I think a bunch of Series Trucks would be just plain funny. It benefits a good cause, but it's more about getting together and having a fun day. I have a friend with a 70's spitfire who is going to go also.

Series run to Doylestown anyone? 9am and my house is only 1/2 mile away if the cooler runs dry etc etc etc.

Doylestown, PA 18901

PS, if you wash, clean out, degrease, remove mud or insects or spit shine anything, you are not invited
