    Default GRP Waffle mats

Anyone have these? Do they work well? What about really soupy stuff or deep sand?

They seem like a good idea since I have a 109(!). And they have some bridging capacity, and could even be used as camp tables.

Didn't someone post a source or the GRP material a while back? Maybe we could order sheets and cut our own (group buy)...

    Kevin,

"glass-reinforced polyester" - these are the colored grids you see in LR mags, in place of traditional steel or aluminum sand track/mats/ladders.

There was a guy in CO selling them for a reasonable price on ebay with the edges sealed too.
